The light itself is powerful and amazing. I did alot of research as there is alot of junk out there.

I purchased the panel about a month ago and so far it has been a great experience. It is easy and intuitive to use and the slim profile makes it easy to fit in my house. The stand, however, is quite bulky and the instructions to put it together were quite confusing (to me), so I haven't been using it. If you are going to use the panel in a vertical position I would recommend skipping the stand purchase.

We are loving our XL Blue light panel. My wife and I are using it after workouts about 4-5 time a week for about 10-12 minutes on each side. We've also paired it with some sauna sessions. My sleep patterns have been much better. Feeling more relaxed and the light feels like warm sunlight, even with the blocking glasses. I would have went with the bigger panel but didn't want the work of adding a special circuit. This XL gives good full body coverage. I originally ordered another brand but After researching, I found that this had more wavelengths and pulse modes . Happy with the purchase.

Fabulous easy to use product for the family!

I love the Elite XL. I installed it by myself, instructions were clear, I used dry-wall anchors. I elevated it a bit off the ground as I'm 5'10'' and wanted to cover my face as well. The fans are very quiet, and panel is easy to use. It comes with an app, and I only used the app to rename the custom presets. You really don't need the app and the bluetooth connectivity is reliable. Love the fact that it has a 5 year warranty, others usually have just 3 years. I noticed almost instant improvement in my sleep, for skin health, that will take time.
