Small Enough To Take With You
Point it at the spot that needs it and hold still. A few minutes on a shoulder, a knee, or your face, and you are done. It lives in a drawer, fits in a bag, and the routine does not stop when you travel. The same wavelengths as the big panels, aimed at one place instead of all of you.
The Same Light As The Big Panels
Red at 630nm and 660nm, near infrared at 850nm, the exact wavelengths running through the full size panels. The flicker is removed and the EMF is kept low. Hold it a few inches from the skin and give it a few minutes. A small device, but nothing about the light has been watered down.

Had toe surgery and was looking for a therapy to help combat the lingering effects. After about two weeks of once or twice daily uses, I can definitely feel the benefits. Can’t wait to have zero lingering effects.

I had some nagging plantar fasciitis that would come and go. I started using the torch on it and after a few treatments it finally cleared up and hasn’t returned. I turned my ankle really bad and used this on it along with ice and I really think it helped my recovery. My ankle felt very stable in a short period of time. I believe it is a great adjunct to standard treatments. Plus no side effects at all. Plenty of medical literature indicating the benefits of the therapy. The torch is really well made. Feels like therapeutic or professional quality.

I chronically suffer with cold sores , all year round . It takes 7-10 days to heal with all sorts of remedies ( you name it I’ve tried it ). About two year ago I have decided to try red light therapy . Bought this little touch truly not expecting miracles . However , miracle I have experienced🙌🙌 Second day cold sore “bubble” dries out in minutes , really . I do keep the light on my lips as much as I can for quicker results .Each time cold sore despair in two days . Honestly , this works magic .

I bought the red light therapy torch because we travel quite a bit and I wanted to be able to get the benefits of red light on the go! It's compact, super easy to use and switches off automatically so you know you can just sit back and wait for the light to turn off on it's own, rather than moving your focus to check the time. Easy to use and comes in a case that protected the item and the glasses for eye protection. There is also a timer on the device for 5 mins that helped as I use on my elbow joint. I would recommend this product.

As a single Red Light torch, yes you need to get seated or lie down as each session is 5 minutes. I found it to be effective with muscle soreness.

I bought this on the recommendation of my dentist after a fall bruised my jaw on one side. After using for 3 days there is a noticeable change in the bruising and swelling on my face. After reading these reviews, I used it on my sore phone thumb and noticed a steady pain relief. If using this small targeted area device is giving me such amazing results in reducing inflammation and pain relief, I am wondering how big of a red light panel do other people find themselves eventually settling on? btw. I do use this as a medical device, not as a beauty treatment. But . . . the side effect of softer skin is real. and amazing!

Wow, love this little red light torch. A lot of punch in a little package.
I use the torch to target specific areas when I'm not using my red light panel. I use the torch on pain areas, face and the dry skin on my hands. I also use the torch on clients when I travel to their house to provide massage therapy.

I have had the torch a few weeks and found it very easy to use. Good to have a device that is transportable. But I have not been consistent enough to give a fair review on effectiveness as I have lent it to a friend in need! But it seems good. The only thing was it does seem to get a bit warm if used consecutively more than two areas. However it cool down very quickly and did not seem to be a problem.
