I use this in my toddler's room for reading in bed. I can direct the light easily to the page. Or I can read my own book once they are asleep, without disturbing them.

I recommend this blue-free light. It is a well-made product and the charge lasts 2-3 days.
However, I find that the light is much brighter if I charge it every 1-2 days.
I mostly use the light on the "amber" color. The sunset color is also very soothing, but I'm not fond of the red setting.
I was using another brand's reading light that had 3 color settings and the difference in the "blueness" of the light was very noticeable once I starting using BlockBlueLight's product (no blue in BBL's light).

It works well as a reading light and also as a circadian friendly lamp that you can easily move around as it has no wires. I think it is expensive for what it is, and it fits a bit awkwardly in the case I got for it from here, but it does the job so I’m content with my purchase.

I love the multi function. I use it for reading and if showering after dark and have to take my block blue light glasses off I carry this little light into the bathroom to continue blocking blue light by not using the overhead light. I bought one for two other members of our family. Good for travelling as very compact. Would definitely recommend as has improved my sleep.
