I thought these thinking they’ll be great as I sleep next to a loud snorer, unfortunately they do about as much as festival earplugs and don’t reduce sound enough.

I wouldn’t recommend to others and wouldn’t buy again. Limited options in New Zealand I’m disappointed these didn’t work.

I think I have oddly shaped ear canals, so these ear plugs don’t always stay in my ears as well as I’d like. I need a large plug for one ear and a small one for the other, which makes finding the right fit a bit tricky. That said, they do make a subtle difference in reducing noise, and I appreciate the comfort and quality overall

Ive been using the Block Blue Light mouldable Sleep plugs for ages and they were amazing, I cant sleep without them. So I was bitterly disappointed when they discontinued them, but took the recommendation to try the Ultimate Sleep plugs. They didn't reduce noise at all for me, no matter what size I tried. And considering they are twice the price of the others I was very unhappy with the results

I got used to sleeping with the higher quality orange foam earplugs while working on a commercial fishing boat. Now I have trouble sleeping without them but wanted a more sustainable option. These are pretty close. They don’t block quite as much noise (which is both good and bad depending on the situation) and I did have one fall out one night to be lost in the sheets until I did laundry. But overall pretty comfortable, pretty quiet and definitely better than other cheaper versions.

Everyone's ears are different, so they may tuck in nicely to yours. But I cannot sleep with them on as my ears get real sore unfortunately. However I am using them elsewhere around the house so they aren't a waste.

Well made product and comfy to wear, just not when sleeping.
