Nice glasses fit well over my reading glasses! I dinned glasses to watch TV but Find the red distorts the colours on the screen which is very annoying. A shame really! But there it is

Good to wear at night over my usual glasses.

Really felt less eye strain wearing these after sunset! Also noticed a reduction in hot flashes and have been sleeping through the night again!

These glasses fit well over my progressives and are comfortable. I put them on 1-2 hours before bed. I haven’t noticed an improvement in my sleep but happy to give them a go for a while.

I wear them when I'm watching the tele or using my computer or phone in the evenings.Blocking out blue light ensures that I get a good nights sleep.

I would recommend to buy those glasses to all my friends. I will wear them even inside the houses with the bright lights, at the computer monitor or using mobile phone to rest my eyes.

I've been wearing the glasses regularly after dark and it seems to make me more ready to fall asleep at bedtime.

Stylish and functional.

They fit perfectly covering my prescription glasses well. Protects from above and sides well too. Should fit any adults easily. Love Them, makes me realise just how much blue light I was exposed too whilst inside under artificial lights and standby modes on house stuff. We should push for childrens night lights too being safe and would help them also sleep, ideally.

Help soothing the light and make you in a relax mod for reading or watching tv . A must to have 👍
