excellent. I use it for reading if I wake during the night. I go to sleep again more easily than if I had used a standard light.

I really like that I can clip it on to a book or use it free standing.

The amount of light it puts out is perfect for reading.

This book light is exactly what I needed! I love to read before bed, but because the lighting keeps me awake. I’ve kind of given it up. Now I’m back to reading before bed and because I do not get any blue light effects on my sleepy brain, I fall asleep fast, and sleep soundly every night now.
